At Black Sheep, we stand behind our gear, but if your equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
